Returns and Exchanges

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return or exchange eligible items purchased online free of charge within 14 days of delivery date. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
  • Full-price items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 14 days or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items purchased at Pop-Up Tour events, Festivals or Trunk Shows can be exchanged within 14 days and will not be accepted for return.
  • Sale items are final sale.
  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are free of charge within the continental U.S. If you need new item(s) immediately, place a new order online, visit us at an event, trunk show or pop-up tour event, or contact Afrodesiac Worldwide Customer Care via our CONTACT link online or at +1347 651-1455. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, your original credit card will be used. If you live outside the continental  U.S. or wish to use a different form of payment, please contact Customer Care. Note: We are unable to process exchanges for International Orders
EXCHANGES AT AN AFRODESIAC WORLDWIDE EVENT

Bring your invoice or receipt (required - no exceptions) to any Afrodesiac Worldwide event, trunk show, pop-up tour event for quick exchanges. Refunds are not issued at Afrodesiac Worldwide festivals, events, trunk shows, or pop up tour events.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We are unable to process exchanges for orders outside the continental U.S. If you need a new item, place a new order online, visit a store, or contact Afrodesiac Worldwide Customer Care via CONTACT link online or at +1347 651-1455

RETURNS
If you are returning a new item purchased online at afrodesiacworldwide.com and shipped within the continental U.S. you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of your purchase price. Contact us for information. In the event that your order is eligible for a refund, undeliverable, or if you refuse delivery of an order you have placed, you will be responsible for payment of all taxes and shipping charges. Upon receipt of your returned order, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Afrodesiac Worldwide customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Afrodesiac Worldwide is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service. T o receive a refund please contact Afrodesiac Worldwide Customer Care online using our CONTACT link or at +1 347-651-1455 between 8 and 12 AM ET. 

Shipping charges, as well as duties and taxes, are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments. Upon receipt of the refused delivery, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
For orders shipped within the continental U.S. In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. REFUNDS AND CREDITS
You'll receive your refund in the original form of payment or receive a Afrodesiac Worldwide Gift Card per our policies. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days and send you an email confirmation. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.
